✓ Curated venue shortlist: 4–6 venues matched to your vision — villas, coastal hotels, private estates or Boka properties, depending on your direction. Each option is presented with pricing and character notes.
✓ Initial budget framework: An indicative breakdown of total wedding investment for the venues on your shortlist — venue rental, typical catering and supplier costs. Designed to bring clarity on what each venue means for your overall budget.
✓ Viewing schedule and coordination: We arrange viewings at each venue on your shortlist and build a schedule that fits the number of properties you’d like to see — coordinated with each venue team in advance.
✓ Practical context on each venue Notes on what each property does well, where the constraints are, what to consider before deciding — context you won’t find on venue websites.
✓ Follow-up support Email support throughout your venue decision-making process — for questions about contracts, comparisons or next steps.

Accompanied Viewings — premium service
Each accompanied viewing day includes:
– An experienced wedding expert accompanying you throughout
– Private transport between all venues
– Photo and video coverage of your visit
– A lunch break at a scenic restaurant in between viewings (food and drinks paid separately)
– Written summary after the visit with our observations on each venue
Half-day, one venue with surrounding meetings: €250
Full day in one region (2–3 venues): €450
Multi-day experience across regions (4–6 venues with scenic stops and meetings): €750–€950
Accompanied viewing fees are credited toward our Curated Wedding Collections if you proceed to full wedding planning with us after confirming your venue.
