All other costs — venue, vendors, accommodation — are paid directly to each provider.
Detailed pricing for your specific wedding is shared after your initial enquiry, once we understand your guest count, dates and overall direction.
No. Venue pricing is always shared directly by the venue and remains the same whether you contact them yourself or through us. We work on a separate flat fee, so venue costs remain transparent and unchanged.
In some cases, our network venues extend special rates to our couples — group accommodation discounts, complimentary upgrades or extended setup times — which we negotiate as part of working with you.
Yes. Our Full Wedding Planning service covers the entire wedding journey — from venue selection through to wedding day execution.
This includes vendor curation and coordination, design direction, multi-day program structuring, guest logistics and on-the-ground delivery. You have a single point of contact at Montenegro Venues throughout the planning process.
Yes. Most of our couples plan their Montenegro wedding from the UK, EU and beyond. The entire process is designed around remote planning — video calls, a dedicated planning workspace where every element of the wedding is documented, and a bespoke wedding website for guests.
Couples typically visit Montenegro once for venue viewings and again for the wedding itself. Everything else is coordinated remotely with full transparency on progress.
