What are Curated Wedding Collections?

Curated Wedding Collections are three end-to-end frameworks designed around different celebration styles in Montenegro — intimate villa weddings, mid-size coastal celebrations and statement weddings in Montenegro.

Each Collection includes full wedding planning — venue selection from our curated network, vendor team, design direction, multi-day program, guest logistics and on-the-ground delivery. Collections are shaped around the atmosphere and your wedding vision, with flexibility in the scope of celebration.

The three Collections are built around different celebration styles, guest counts and venue types:

  • Timeless Villa Collection — intimate weddings (20–80 guests) at private villas with exclusive use, multi-day programs. Total wedding investment: €25,000–€45,000+.
  • Coastal Charm Collection — mid-size celebrations (50–100 guests) at boutique coastal hotels and seaside venues. Total wedding investment €35,000–€55,000+.
  • Boka Elegance Collection — statement weddings (45 –150+ guests) at iconic resorts and historic properties in Montenegro. Total wedding investment €50,000–€90,000+.

 

The right Collection depends on guest count, wedding style and the atmosphere you want for the celebration.

Each Collection has a flat planning fee paid separately from venue, vendor and accommodation costs. The fee covers our planning and coordination work — all other costs are paid directly to each provider.

The specific fee for your wedding is shared after your initial enquiry, once we understand your guest count, dates and overall direction.

Payment is structured in three installments across the planning process — at signing, at vendor team confirmation and 60 days before the wedding.

Each Collection covers full wedding planning and coordination — from venue selection through to wedding day delivery. This includes:

  • Venue selection from our curated network — shortlist of 3–5 properties matched to your vision
  • Wedding design direction — moodboards, decor and overall aesthetic
  • Vendor curation and coordination — catering, photography, florals, music, hair and makeup, lighting, decor
  • Multi-day program structuring — welcome event, wedding day, post-wedding gathering
  • Guest logistics — accommodation strategy, transfers, guest communication
  • A dedicated planning workspace and bespoke wedding website for guests
  • On-the-ground delivery from setup through the wedding week

 

You have a single point of contact at Montenegro Venues throughout the planning process.

The investment ranges shared for each Collection reflect total wedding cost — including venue rental, catering, photography and videography, florals and decor, accommodation, transfers, music and other vendors.

 

Within each range, the actual investment depends on guest count, venue choice, program length and level of customisation. All venue and vendor costs are paid directly to each provider — our planning fee is paid separately, shared after your initial enquiry.

The right Collection emerges from three considerations:

  • Guest count — small (20–50), mid-size (50–100), or larger (80–150+)
  • Venue type — private villa for intimacy, coastal hotel for relaxed elegance, iconic resort for statement scale
  • Celebration style — multi-day intimate gathering, mid-size weekend program, or grand event

 

Most couples already have a sense of which fits before our first conversation. During the introductory call we confirm the direction and discuss the specific options within each Collection.

Yes. Collections are frameworks, not fixed packages. Within each Collection, every wedding is shaped around your specific vision, guest profile and venue choice.

The core deliverables remain consistent, but the design, program structure, vendor team and atmosphere are tailored to your celebration. The framework provides clarity on scope and investment; the wedding itself is yours.

The Collection fee is paid in three instalments across the planning process:

  • 30% at signing of the Service Agreement
  • 40% at vendor team confirmation (typically months 8–10 before the wedding)
  • 30% at 60 days before the wedding

 

All other costs — venue rental, catering, vendors, accommodation, transfers — are paid directly by you to each provider on their own payment schedules. Our fee covers planning and coordination work only.

Venue prices remain the same whether you contact venues yourself or through us — there’s no markup on what venues charge.

Most couples sign their Collection 12–18 months before the wedding date. For peak season (June–September) and luxury venues in the Bay of Kotor, 18–24 months is more common.

Starting earlier secures preferred dates, top vendors and venue availability. The first six months of planning typically focus on venue confirmation, vendor team selection and design direction. Detailed logistics and final preparations occupy the final months before the wedding.
