Most destination weddings in Montenegro are planned over 12–18 months. The process typically follows several phases:

  • Months 12–10: venue selection and booking
  • Months 10–6: vendor curation, design direction, multi-day program structure
  • Months 6–3: guest logistics, detailed timeline, accommodation arrangements
  • Months 3–1: final preparations, vendor confirmations, last-mile coordination
  • Wedding week: on-the-ground setup and delivery

 

Shorter timelines (6–9 months) are possible but limit venue choice. Longer timelines (18–24 months) are common for luxury and peak season weddings.

Full Wedding Planning fees vary by guest count, scope and complexity. Pricing is shared after the initial enquiry, once we understand the specifics of your wedding.

Our fees are flat — paid in three installments across the planning process. All other costs (venue, vendors, accommodation) are paid directly to each provider, with full transparency throughout.

The full planning process is designed around remote coordination — regular video calls, a dedicated planning workspace where every element of the wedding is documented, and a bespoke wedding website for guests. Couples usually visit Montenegro once for venue viewings, and again for the wedding itself.

Our Curated Wedding Collections package this service around three celebration styles: Timeless Villa (intimate villa weddings), Coastal Charm (mid-size coastal celebrations) and Boka Elegance (statement weddings in the Bay of Kotor). Each Collection includes Full Wedding Planning shaped around the chosen venue type and overall direction.

Couples typically explore Collections first to identify the style that fits, then move into Full Wedding Planning once their venue is confirmed.

The booking process follows a clear sequence:

  • You submit an enquiry through the website
  • Within two business days, you will receive an invitation to an introductory call
  • The call discusses your vision, the direction that fits and our fee for your wedding
  • After the call, if we work together on Venue Discovery, you will receive a curated shortlist
  • Once your venue is chosen, we sign the Service Agreement
  • First instalment is paid (30%), and full planning begins
  • Two further instalments follow — at vendor team confirmation and 60 days before the wedding

 

All payments to venues and vendors are made directly by you to each provider.

You’re involved in venue selection, design direction, vendor choices and program structure. Our role is to bring vetted options, expert recommendations and coordination so your decisions are informed and the execution is seamless. The level of involvement you want is something we discuss during the initial call and adjust throughout planning.

Yes, we can work with vendors you’ve already engaged. During the initial call, we discuss who you’ve chosen and integrate them into the overall planning.

For vendors you haven’t chosen yet, we provide curated recommendations from our trusted network. The final selection is always yours — we present options matched to your style, budget and the venue you’ve chosen.
